Men’s 1st Team
Mossley Hill's first team currently play in the MSC Express West Cheshire League. The First team have been involved in the West Cheshire League for 14 years, starting in the third division in 07/08 season. They won the division at the first time of asking and gained promotion to the second division.
After spending two season finishing 4th in Division two, the first team managed to get promotion to the first division on their third attempt. Since then Mossley Hill Firsts team have been ever present in the West Cheshire Division One.
Season (16/17) saw Mossley Hill record their highest finish in West Cheshire League finishing runners up in division one with 62 points. With the club growing every year, we also finished runner up in both the 17/18 and 19/20 seasons. Season 19/20 also saw our lads finish runners up in the Liverpool County FA Challenge Cup, going down 1-0 to the now North West Counties Premier Division Champions Lower Breck.
Our lads also went an incredible 2 year unbeaten from March 2019 to March 2021 and since then have lost only once, as our steely determination typically ensues.
This season the team are looking to go one better and pick up some silverwear
