About Us
Mossley Hill Res joined the Carlsberg West Cheshire League Division Three at the start of the 09/10 season. In the reserves third year in the division they managed to gain promotion into the second division.
The reserves have been ever present in the second division of the West Cheshire League since the 12/13 season. In the 16/17 season the reserves recorded their highest points total of 46 points and finished 4th. An incredible achievement for a reserve team competing against mostly first team sides across the county.
In season 2018/19 the reserves finished 5th with a points total of 44pts our record haul in the divion. The Highlight of the season was reaching the final of Liverpool County FA Junior Cup.
The aim for this season is to continue hard work that has been put in place and add some sliverwear whilst also providing opportunities for young players to develop from our youth teams, to enable them to eventually step up and become first team players.
